Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any merchandise for a full refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns.

KDdid Creations prides itself on delivering high quality materials and craftsmanship. All jewelry is under a 1 year warranty. If merchandise breaks, send item back for a free repair or replacement!*

*only applies to natural wear and defects with the materials. Any signs of damage due to negligence or misuse will not be covered under our warranty. Customer pays for shipping broken jewelry to KDdid Creations, KDdid Creations will pay for shipping to return repaired or replaced jewelry to customer.

Portraits

Payment:

When a portrait is commissioned, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required before work will be started. The balance is due upon completion of the portrait.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

You have a 30 day review period once you receive your portrait. If in that time you decide you are not completely satisfied with the work you may return the portrait for a 100% refund.*

Children's Parties and Face Painting

Payment:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking a Party or Face Painting Booth date. The balance is due the day of the event.

Cancellation:

You may cancel our services up to a week before your event for a full refund. If you cancel with less than a week but more than 48 hours before the event, you will forfeit half of the deposit amount (25% of the total cost). Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the entire deposit amount.
